A theatre group is setting up a social reformist play as well as some villagers are preparing a bomb to blow up the police station. On the world level, there is world war two! Germany vs Britain, Hitler vs Churchill. Adolf Hitler has to leave for Japan for some important work. But he accidentally lands up in Bombilwadi.
